The project extends throughout 33 hectares for the production of dry grape under drip irrigation and arbor system type. The production varieties are Flame and Arizul, both without seeds. The harvest season takes place from January through March and once harvested they are they are placed on rock soil to dry naturally under the sun. The drying process lasts around 15 days and once the grapes acquire the proper humidity they are harvested and stockpiled before their processing for subsequent commercialization. |
